The Role

We’re looking for a Human Resources Specialist who believes HR is a business discipline, not an administrative function. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Calgary, AB, with flexibility for remote work. You will help build the next generation of Offscript’s methodology – designing tools, supporting client projects, and shaping how HR drives value inside real SMBs.

About You

• You think and speak business first, HR second. 
• You value simplicity and practicality over HR theatre.

• You enjoy solving messy people problems with clean, direct solutions. 
• You move quickly, communicate clearly, and don’t need layers of process to execute. 

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in HR as this is an entry level position.
• Understanding business acumen and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. 
• Knowledge of Alberta employment practices and HR foundations. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
